Product Details

The 321 stainless steel coil (also known as 0Cr18Ni10Ti, with the foreign name SUS321) is a stable austenitic high-temperature resistant stainless steel material that is stable with titanium. It is produced by manufacturers such as Minghao Metal and is mainly used in aircraft exhaust pipes, boiler steam drums, and automotive components in high-temperature environments ranging from 430°C to 900°C.

It achieves this by adding titanium to 304 steel to prevent grain boundary corrosion. The chemical composition includes C ≤ 0.08%, Cr 17.00-19.00%, Ni 9.00-12.00%, with titanium content being ≥ 5 times the carbon content. The density is 7.93g/cm³, and the tensile strength is ≥ 520MPa. The product surface can be treated with 2B, BA, 8K mirror finish, etc. The thickness ranges from 0.025 to 4mm, and the width is up to 2.5-1550mm. In the uranium nitrate solution, the uniform corrosion rate of the 321 stainless steel coil in 960 hours is lower than 0.04g/m²·h, and the corrosion film thickness is approximately 10-15nm. It complies with GB, ASTM standards, and has passed ISO9001 certification and ROHS testing.

Corrosion resistance: In the uranium nitrate solution, the uniform corrosion rate of the 321 stainless steel coil over 960 hours is lower than 0.04g/m²·h, and the corrosion film thickness is approximately 10-15nm. It also achieves this by adding titanium to 304 steel to inhibit grain boundary corrosion.

Application fields: The 321 stainless steel coil is mainly used in aircraft exhaust pipes, boiler steam drums, and automotive components in high-temperature environments ranging from 430°C to 900°C.
